If you are followed by only 100 spammers you can't follow 10k spammers.
So, if you start adding 400/day, your account will be suspended in 3- days because the "get followers" rate is 8% with normal account and 12€ with the hot chick.

Iv done 500 a day with no consequences. But it might get you looked into.

In my opinion it depends on the fact if you are using an API or not.
I had an API and exaggerated it a little bit (i randomly followed about 1200 within 3 days and obviously got banned...).
Now i just open a list (for example one of those "twitter-folks that follow back") and follow 80 per hour, but no more than 400 a day without API, just by myselve.
Maybe twitter considers also the amout of people that follow you back and the amount of those that you are unfollowing after you waited some time to check wheater they follow you back!

Is using Tweet Adder using the API or not?
I'm currently adding 350 per day, and unfollowing around 300.
I'm not yet sending many messages though as just 'finding my feet'.
Note: I'm using proxies which Tweet Adder gets from somewhere, through one of the options.

your allowed by twitter to create max. 10 accounts from one IP. So with every account you could safely follow 150 a day, i think.
