Twitter - Suggestions for targeting REAL followers?

Hello BHW!

I just wanna ask you guys a couple of things about twitter. I have made some money off of twitter, probably about $20 total in my whole social marketing career. But I want to make the BIG BUCKS. Yes i know its hard, but i'm not going to give up!

Now to the real question. What i wanted to know today is if anyone has and idea/ways i could target more REAL twitter followers to my fan page account. Right now i have 16k (most fake) and i have about 3k+ real followers, but i'm only getting about, 4-5 Retweets per tweet. Any reason why this may be happening? (Please don't say cause, "my tweets have no taste to them". How could this be when someone else tweets almost the EXACT same thing as me, but receives 20x as much results?) Anyways, if you have any ways i could target REAL FOLLOWERS please let me know. I would appreciate it very much.

Try using a bot that will target users by geography and keyword. That way all of the people you are following/engaging with will be relevant to your keyword.

mass follow/unfollow, favorite, and retweet users in your niche market. make sure your tweet content draws attention and is appealing to your niche as well.

most of the accounts that have way much more followers than you have and have much more replies is because their followers are redirected on their account from a site. I mean, they're nor working only with twitter. Also, there's Social Media expert, Dave Kerpen, and he teaches that you should interact with your followers and the accounts you are following; also, this might not be something new to you, but work with the hashtags, especially with the most trending ones. And you might also want to write a personal message to you followers; but don't set up an auto-response tool, just write them by your own and make your message personal; include their name, maybe talk about one of their recent tweet and so on.
