Twitter Scam or Legit?

I got this weird message from Twitter when logging in that asked me to fill out a short survey to win a prize and can't figure out if they were hacked or if it is legit. Attached is the screenshot. Any insight would be appreciated.

It's a scam. Just a website similar to twitter.com in the domain. Just typo, NEVER do them or login. I make a bookmark to the legit one and never actually type twitter.com.
