So, browsing through clickbank, search Twitter for niche keywords, and mostly everything is already advertised on Twitter.

Also, if I use the keyword 'iPhone' it will send a tweet to people who are talking about the iPhone and how it's good and bad.

    I just think it's a bit saturated.

    What does everyone else think?

    What should I try?

try building up multiple accounts, at least 5 accounts
get at least 100 targeted followers on each account
put your web site at the top of each account
create a basic blog that has targeted cpa offer banners on it
start tweeting a little bit about your web site
this is what i am trying right now, just started last night
i already have about 50 targeted followers throughout my 5 accounts
i will report back here to let you know how well it goes

You should block all of those bots in your .htaccess so they don't bog your server down.

Twitter is a lead generation source, not a "get a bunch of followers and the money rolls in" source.

You make hundreds of accounts, build them up and then tell them where they need to go

    @OP
youll never make any progress by just blasting out reply spam, especially for ipods lmao. that sort of thing as painfully over-played as a flashing .gif popup :p
also leaves blatent footprints thatll get your account(s) b& in no time.

but it is an absolute goldmine for building targeted audiences and a repeat traffic base. it is also really great at pulling in backlinks and spiders and 'plugging in' your site to the web at large in the search engine's eyes in my experience.

same idea how no one in their right mind is going to go for unsolicited email about penis enlargement. but a carefully built opt-in list can make you some bank.

could you elaborate on how to do this? im looking at ways to optimize my server.

tweet attacks is some of the best software i have! can do practically anything your sorry ass can dream up :D

my experience is alot of good traffic from twitter. what makes you think they are bots and not just people bouncing from a p.o.s. site? just curious...

I have to agree, unless your 50 cent and can make your own stock go up, i doubt that any real money could be made off of tweets. Its good for performers and artists though.

I make money a couple of ways via twitter. One method which I am willing to share is the lessor of my income levels on twitter is by selling tweets on fiverr. This used to work a lot better before fiverr changed. I would get 5-10 orders a week. Now I'm lucky to get 5 a month.

What I would do is sell tweets and then reinvest that money into people who bring 1k followers. Basically a swap a tweet for 1k followers. This helped me build up my account and when the orders really started rolling in, I would reinvest 1 out of every 5 orders.

I was able to make a fair amount of money via this method.

I use twitter with @ reply spam 24hrs a day seven days a week, You can earn from this.. but you need to be creative. Sending direct links inside of a @ reply will not convert well at all.

Twitter users LOVE ugly landing pages, I'm talking "wrong turn" ugly people, make something so ugly that it disgust you that you put it together and you will see conversion rates increase, also remember to make your LP's mobile friendly.

The quote above is correct in some ways, Your not going to get rich from @ reply spam on twitter. But you can earn money from it. I use software thats $799/month to spam twitter on auto pilot. It gets about 200+ accounts banned daily. But its built for this. I'm not going to advertise the software, if you want to learn more about it learn to use google.

Anyways, the correct manor to use with twitter is indeed list building. You can generate very large list with a very targeted audience in a short period of time. twitter search now enables you to geo target your search, learn to take advantage of this feature.

Remember that simple google tricks work in twitter search as well, lets say you don't want tweets with links to show up inside your search, simply add "-http" to the end of the search.

It takes a great deal of testing and tweaking to earn a living from twitter. Even with the software i have it only brings me in $40-$90/day depending on what i spam. most of the time its closer to $40. I used to spend a great deal of time on my twitter campaigns and used to make a lot more then that in 8 hours wile i was asleep, but twitter has made so many changes that its just not worth my time. So ill take the $40-$90/day on autopilot.

But the reason i replied is to tell you its not impossible to make money from twitter, you just need to be unique. Stop following WSO's and DP ebook campaigns.

yup, this is really what i was trying to say. of course you can make money with just about anything if you spam it out enough. but it is a whole lot of work for just a flash in the pan.

sort of like selling door to door or cold calling. sure youll get something out of it but really you are just going out of your way to piss people off...

instead, use it to hype and connect and 'get people in the door' so to speak

you said you do the @replies on twitter.. basically searching for a keyword and tweeting back with something.. but do you not include the link in this? you have it on your twitter page and just @reply something to them? where do you incorporate your link? or do you just spam the shit out of it like you said you get 200 accounts banned a day.. and you make money from spamming it all day every day.

i'm just curious cause i've tried this as well but haven't had much luck. just trying to get a push in the right direction.. last time i was searching for people talking about mcdonalds/burger king kfc/popeyes.. and i tweeted them something like.. 'vote in my school project which do you like better.. mcdonalds or burger king?' and linked them to my landing page where they could win a 100$ gift and i got 1.20 per email submit.. out of 400 some clicks i got 1 conversion.

i've also thought about doing something with content lockers.. but not sure. like search for people tweeting about a popular tv show.. and tweet 'watch new episodes of 'insert tv show' @ link" and have a content locker up .. but don't have the money to invest into a content locker at the moment.. (is this going in the right direction.. or not really?)

The software i use does all the work, it uses twitters search to find keywords i place inside the software. Once it finds the tweets with the keywords it then picks a random msg i have added to the software & adds links i set into the software, it them puts them together to create msg's like:

vote which you like better - McDonalds or BurgerKing @ URLINKHERE @username @username @username

I wound never use that as a reply, but just showing you the layout. It's key to NOT target by the words in your tweet. I find it better to simply create replies that people will Re-Tweet. But this is because i use spam accounts.

You mentioned you had 400 clicks, now is that 400 clicks to your LP, or to the offer itself? It's very hard to get a decent CR with twitter. I use ContentLocker Pro on some campaigns. This helps conversions a lot. but take a lot more work in building the LP, simply because you want to have the first page they land on NOT locked with the lockers. this way you can pre-sell the content to them, and then lock the next page making them complete a simple zip/email submit to get some content.

I'm not going into detail about what type of content i use with the lockers, just think of simple things that people would want, don't try it with the "make money" niche. your going to waste your time.

you can also iframe, but I would not suggest this if you have no idea how to do so w/o getting into trouble with your network. Simply putting an iframe of a email submit will get you blacklisted. i know there is a thread on here about using zip submits for a content locker. This is a decent idea, but the script that was shared here and the guide will get you blacklisted. They didnt mention the fact that you cant have hundreds of conversions w/o having any 2nd page submits to go along with it. Anyways this is another subject lol.

You can try the "pay with a tweet" buttons, they do work, but not so much for CPA offers.
You can search around google and find other "tweet to get" scripts or build your own linked to a twitter app.

About going in the right direction, well it all depends on how much your looking to earn.
It's best to use twitter for building an opt-in list to be honest with you. using twitter to promote CPA has been spammed to death, I've been doing it for a LONG time. I send about 20k+ @reply tweets per day. and that's now that I only use one VPS. When i used multiple VPS i was sending around 100k+/day
Your not going to see a large amount of conversions for CPA with twitter. But its a great place to start and learn how to split test.
Your conversions will change by simply changing little things, like Colors on the LP, Font, layout, content on the LP, your tweets, the shorturl service you use, the domain the LP is hosted on.
basically anything that can be changed, should be changed. But remember make sure you backup every version of your campaigns and label them so you know what ones convert and how well.

Your title is what you would want everyone to think in order for you to make more money, but it goes the same way for them.

    Is that a paradox?

twitter is changing just as much as fiverr and everything else. it's hard to get real followers instead of bots, it's hard to keep those "real" followers so they will never unfollow and assume your a bot...and then on top of that monetizing them as well. the best bet is to be some sort of "Writer" on twitter and link your article which links your blog which links your CPA offer. takes alot of time and patience but it's still possible
