Do you have any monetization method in mind? Else after reaching a good amount of followers, you will find it a waste of time if you are not able to monetize it. It happens especially in niches where the traffic is not of a very high quality.

Don't ever buy fake followers, just use a software that allows you to unfollow the people that don't follow back.

To do what you're seeking, you don't need a bot...Try the free service tweepi to do this. It works if you have under a certain amount of followers, I believe it is 75,000. Once I got too big for that, I used manageflitter.com however that product limits me to only 100 unfollows, whereas tweepi was unlimited unless it's changed since I used it a few months ago.

If you have multiple accounts use multilogin extension for chrome. that will let you log into multiple twitter accounts between tabs. It's actally really effective
