What is your setting for Twitter followliker for Follow/unfollow?
I am a newbie. Are there any tips to grow faster and gain relevant followers?

The first recommendation would be to post related content regularly. Secondly, follow people in your niche and engage in and use #hashtags related to your niche. If not much exists, start by using it yourself and encourage your followers to use it.
