Yes 1 proxy per account. Money account done manually from real IP.
Engaging with people, may it be naturally or following followers of accounts in other niches (puts you on their 'radar') helps
I find that DM's don't work, probably because you needs huge amounts of accounts, proxies etc and I'm too lazy
yes, dedicated, as you don't know what others are doing with shared proxies...

You need:
Antidetect or multibrowser - I prefer Dolphin or ADS
