I use:
incogniton + greencloud + hotm ail + textverified
I do all of this manually as I do not have huge needs, cost per account comes at around $2.50 then recurring monthly cost of proxy.
(plus monthly cost of VPS and proxies if you bot)

I've always used data center proxies, for like 10 years and never had an issue.

I use free special browser (it's called dolphin or something), and use paid text verification (the cheaper one to verified email and twitter account). It just cost me less than a dollar per account.
yes, I still use them, no problem whatsoever, but I don't do cr@p like DM spam etc. That helps keeping accounts live

I am doing from last 6 months and it's working fine you need few things.
Multiple email addresses
5 different browsers
Multiple Sims (You can use online paid services too for getting verification code)
Time to manage/make settings so your accounts looks real.
Last but most important you need more than 2 internet connections i won't recommend proxy or vpn.
That is it.

Is it recommended to have more than 2 internet connection? and without proxy we can only launched account from our country, since I am planning to create an account using USA IP address,

Actually i am using sim modem so i am getting separate ip addresses and phone numbers for verification at the same time and i am using 2 connections because sometimes system block our ip addresses last year happened with me so in case if they block i still have a way to create more.

Ahh Okay so the reason you need to have more than 2 connection encase your IP got block by the system.
how is possible? Hotmail needs captcha but Gmail not

gmail needs phone # and it is easily get disabled.

yes captcha, and secondary email a few weeks later.
Do you plan to create the accounts manually or with bots?
