Twitter daily update limit?

I was running TA today (wait and reply) and i noticed that my accounts couldn't post more than 127 tweets. Is this something new?
(I was able to do 300+/day up until yesterday)
Any insight from the more experienced twitter marketeers would be highly appriciated.

If you are posting links on every single post then they will throttle you.
I see girls and guys posting every 3 minutes about the sandwich and the shit they just toke.... THey post like 500 tweets a day EASY and twitter doesn't do anything to them. Its all about your postings man. You have to split them up between ad posts and normal posts that make you look like a normal person.

I don't post links in all tweets.
When I use links in every tweet the accounts get banned after about 20ish replies.
