Twitter Card Customization

Ok so ive been pulling my hair out with the coding of this twitter card. I have set the following proper coding in the head ( I had to alter it a bit so it could be posted but you get the drift)

twitter:card content=summary_large_image
twitter:title content=
twitter:description content=
twitter:image content=
twitter:url content=

But my issue is although the image size is the right size the photo is not showing in the large format. Another issue that i have is that although the title and description are coming up perfectly the share automatically populates the tweet wording above it and i cant figure out how to get rid of it or set it as something else.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!
