Twitter bot for account creation and automation

Is there any tool available for twitter account creation and than performing some activities on the same! What will be the cost? Do i need a vps?

This can be done with Python easily. Find a developer in HAF section, they can probably build this for your pretty cheap. If you look through my past posts I posted some code for a Twitter bot that curates depending on keywords and reweets.

Also Jarvee and other tools can be used.
