Twitter Bot - copying users tweets

Hi there,

I am looking for a twitter bot, that copies the exact words, better copies the exact same tweet (with pictures, if theyre included) of a user's tweet. So idk if some person, let's say a dad from Oklahome posts a picture of his truck with the words "Look at that beauty", but that twitter user regularly deletes the tweets. I want the bot to copy that tweet and tweet it. Retweets won't help, because the user in this case regularly deletes his tweets.
