To qualify for verification, you must fit the criteria of one of the six categories listed below:

Companies, brands and organizations

Follower count doesn't matter for verification whatsoever. You just need the PR/social proof for it, unless you're applying as a CC. What kind of creator doesn't have 5 followers, you feel me.

I am a Social media manager, We don't use In-app verification page.

If you have PR your name is out there anyway and you do not need to use the verification page.

what do you use then?
twitter dont usually give anyone the tick as you need to be quite reconised as it and you submit a Id which will be less hardest part, as you can just buy a fake id off here.
like it states on here https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/about-twitter-verified-accounts#:~:text=The%20blue%20Verified%20badge%20on,authentic%2C%20notable%2C%20and%20active.
if it was that easy then i think there would be a lot more peolple on here advertising verification services, but there is very little on here.

what do you submit in order to get verified, or pm me if you dont want to share it here?
it says that these are three ways to get verified on twitter but are all these needed, or just one of them unless they ask for another one of these?
Provide a link to your website (the website needs to have a clear link to your account).
Provide a photo of an official government-issued ID.
Provide an official email address with a relevant domain.

This is for general users only. There is a thing called a Twitter media portal and you can submit requests for verification via the portal on behalf of other people.You get a much quicker response and some other perks. The info you are reading just applies to the general users.
If you use the right person anybody can get verified. But it’s not cheap

on the verification setup page it asks if im one of these in the attachement, but this will be a real problem trying to get the blue badge as im not a organization and i just run my own business.
so it will most likely be impossible to get the badge for any random account
ye but what someone want to get the verification badge, who isnt that reconised or someone who has a name profile image, some content and verified email and or phone as this will be hard to get this?

It depends on what you want to get verified as. Some are much easier then others. Some require no press at all.
you need to work out what you want to be verified as first and then fulfil the requirements.
submitting through the media portal will give you a much higher chance as the person who does the submission will make sure you qualify first.
