Twitter Automated Promotion Guide - DO YOU HAVE ANY?

Hey I was wondering if any of you guys have any guide which cover techniques, strategies etc. to actually promote on Twitter?

I know that there are many articles on the Internet, I lurked many, but anyways - maybe any of you have something I don't know about.

Could you please share any information on that?

I don't need views mane, thanks tho. I'd be thankful for some strategies like when to tweet, who to retweet, how often etc. etc. something what was actually tested, and everything explained.
I know they make such guides sometimes to promote some bots (there was a guide really full of information about strategies on another social media site) but I didn't manage to find any..
