There's quite a few sites that let you rent your twitter, so to speak. Someone will pay you something like $2 to tweet something on your page.
The amount you earn per tweet depends on how many followers you have.

Purchase as many aged twitter accounts as possible, don't need any followers.
It's best if you have a program that can manage a lot of twitter accounts, I currently don't know of any, but this web service looks really good:
Use the program posted here, and you can get 1000 bot followers to every account for free.
You should then get some offers pretty frequently if you have the price per tweet low and the followers high.
I would advise you make the accounts in different niches (and could charge more per tweet)
