Hello. Does someone can help me how to promote something on twitter? what kind of accounts i need and other stuff? twitter always ban me.

I'm also having this same issue with Whitehat, greyhat and blackhat offer
Gave up on twitter ads

5-9 times a day a make a retweet. sometimes photos and text. then after 3 days i try to create an ad
