My twitter account @realarnabrg 130K+ followers got suspended, How can i recover it ??

Contact twitter support, depends on the type of suspension you got. I had accounts that got suspeneded, waited a few weeks then asked support to recover it, promised will never do anything bad again, i didn't know...stuff like that 
and I got them back. Also had accounts that they said were completely gone.

Yes, I did contact to twitter support, but they replied "your account will never restore".

unfortunately that's it then, nothing anyone else can do. leave it like that for 6 months and try again...maybe you get lucky

Did a quick search on twitter and apparently you triggered a lot of people in the past. Two you were running a parody of a politician or something. Twitter is currently becoming an enemy of free speech. In future be careful to what you lash out to the public.

I've gotten accounts back before that have gotten suspended after I've been told they would be "permanently suspended".
I've also failed in recovering accounts after I've been told they would be "permanently suspended".
The only accounts that I've failed to recover are those that I lost access to the email associated for whatever reason.
My advice would be to reply once every few days, hoping you get someone to answer who has a little compassion.
I wouldn't give up on it. Maybe change your wording during your communication with Twitter.
