simple technique: visit every day your 50 friends, make account from your friends pc's , use their tel number to make it pva. Repeat every day with new 50 friends.

each twitter account for each ip address . You can buy proxies or ssh to get more ip addresses.

There is no free way. Buy proxies. Use smspva.com. Don't forget to remove numbers after you create your accounts.

Edit: If you know what an http header is than I'd also suggest you to suppress all optional headers giving information about your system while browsing on Twitter. Changing proxies is not enough sometimes. Use google to find how to suppress your headers. If you can't afford proxies check out Tor network and Tor browser. But, be ready to get banned
