Well, i quit Twitter a few months back, but last time when i tried, Google Voice worked. You can buy a Google Voice account for $1-$2 on buyaccs and you can verify 10 accounts with one GV number. Then again, i did this a few months back, maybe it has been changed since then.
I read controversial reports about this lately. Some says it doesn't work anymore, others say it still works. I guess it will cost you $1-$2 to find out.
