Thanks for keeping us updated on your journey so far! Good luck for the future :)
Will do, thanks!

Congrats on your progress so far!

Streaming on Twitch is actually pretty fun. It also allows you to make some really cool friends and sometimes join nice communities.
I have a suggestion that did work for me in the past and some friends of mine.

Networking is KEY here to get your name up there faster, and there's raiding communities out there that can help with that. You can meet lots of cool people through them.
I'll send you one that I personally used in the past through PM since I don't want to post them here.

Basically these guys have a Discord server and they do daily raids as a group on their community members. They usually pick the people by random or even suggestions from the ones in the raiding voice channel. Everyone can join.
I used to be with them years ago when I was streaming as well and I remember we would easily pump the numbers up on lots of streamers, me included.
Sadly I quit streaming due to some personal stupid reasons and laziness but I know it can help you.

Now, the usual question will arise. Will any of those people that join from the 5 minute raids stick? The answer is usually yes. You'll get some followers, sometimes even subs and if people like what you're streaming, they'll come in the future as well.
Checked your message, thanks a lot! Seems like a good thing.

have you uploaded your streams to youtube yet?
Highlights and memes, yes :)

Twitch is too good. All live stream game online. You can found it. Soon I am gonna be stream also
Good luck!

I'd recommend uploading short highlight clips from your streams to YouTube and TikTok.

You might be able to pulls some subs from TikTok if any of your vids go viral.

And short gaming clips go well on YouTube, so could easily start getting some traction there - if you have some decent highlight clips. (Especially since YouTube is heavily pushing short clips in their algorithm).

If you have the funds, buying a shoutout from relevant accounts on Instagram could also work.
Doing YT already, not TikTok yet. My friend did it, got some exposure, but no viewers/follows.

Have you ever tried doing podcast/dating podcast(not real just for entertainment think austin show) to gain more follower/subs

What do You think about running youtube ads for twitch

I was on one podcast with small following, but I might try to look for more. One guy in Discord asked, he has a small podcast about games so we are working on that as well. But no dating podcast. Why would dating podcasts would be beneficial for me? Am I missing something?

I don't think it would work, but you can try for sure. I think you have a better chance of creating a highlight of your stream as a video for YouTube and then trying to promote that to get your name out there. That will probably work better than just using ads to promote your Twitch channel. But, I did not try so I might be wrong.

Just a tip to earn more, you could change genders

Its called a dating pobcast but all it is, people networking and being entertaining to get people to follow them. Alot of just chatting streamers do it, their no actual dating. The most popular one running for years is the austin show with 40,000 viewers and up every show. it's a running joke on his show that no one dates. I've several streamer blow up by continually going on his podcast and be funny.

hi did you start only with your mic and not showing your face? or you showed your face from the start?

Your progress is encouraging. I started a Twitch, but never streamed yet.
I am kind of waiting for life to slow down, so I can be consistent.
I might say "screw it" and just start like you. Keep it up!

Hm. Alright. I looked it up and I saw the names there. There is no way I would manage to get there but it's also not my thing. But I will search for similar stuff actually. I already applied for like 2 podcasts to getmy name out there, thanks for the tip!

I started with only mic but added cam later on. I think it adds a bit more personal connection since you can actually see a person there.

good luck
Thanks.

Thanks. Just start it. The sooner you start, the better for you.

Update.

Well, I have been receiving less support from my discord and that's OK I guess. Not happy about it, but I do not force anyone to watch me so that's OK. I got a great idea for a video, but it will take at least 10 days to make but it might be good. Try to apply to some podcasts and similar stuff to get my name out there. That's about it.
