Tweet visibility

hi, all BHW members.
I found some accounts get some retricted.
When I post something, some accounts' posts won't appear immediately in the latest tweets while searching keywords. They usually appear after 1 minute. But my some accounts can instantly appear with same content.
Do you know the reason?

It might be that the account has been limited or suspended. Accounts like that may have their posts delayed or hidden from search results.

Yes, this could very well be the case. If:
1. The account was recently registered and there is suspicious activity
2. The account is used from different IPs and countries (Twitter doesn’t like this)
3. Posting violating tweets
