Not going to happen. If they got into trouble for selling the program I'm sure that they won't distribute it for free so anyone can continue abusing Twitter in much larger scale, thus putting them in a worse situation. And secondly, they have spent years developing the application so why would they give the fruit of their work FOR FREE? If they have coded the program well, large parts of it can be easily reused in other projects so they would be extremely stupid to give away such valuable stuff.

I understand why you're claiming you have all the rights for the source code but you obviously don't understand how valuable that source code is.

Releasing the source code to the public when they're being sued is the LAST thing they would want to do.

    Time to move on folks.

Thats NOT THE POINT... even if worth a 10000000x so what?

He has a problem, SO SORRY, but with this, he will have a 10k license problem!

Again! he will not given away the SC to the public, JUST their clients! And we will spend A LOT of money to maintaine updated...

Not move on! This is a HUGE lessons to everybody who sells lifetime updates.

I DONT wanna be a bitch, but when he defends his business i defend mine, its fair?

You really think that none of thousands of owners who would receive source wouldn't release it to the public?

Btw, is there any danger of feds getting data about license owners?

I agree here. It's going to land them in more trouble. I would never do that if I was getting sued. Even if the source code was leaked or released, we'd need to find a programmer on here who can do that. And they might not want to in case they get in trouble too. Let's just wait for some new software to come round.

then the first step could be to stop acting like a bitch.
then stop crying about your lifetime license, don't you think jay has other problems right now.
it's not his fault when you rely all your stuff on tweetattacks.
and i'm pretty sure he did not plan to get sued and to fuck all the lifetime customers over.

If you're not dumb you should be able to earn at least 5x license cost in a month or two... Only buyers who bought license week or so ago should get refund...
