I think guest posts are better still, because of relevancy. But both PBN and these DF links are not from related topic website. So what's the difference ?

No, these links won't replace PBN. When I said PBN it means the one that you owned and used by only you. And I wouldn't say PBN is better because you will need all of them (high DA, guest post and PBN) as part of your link building strategy. Diversity is the key.

"Naked" means that the anchor text is the same that url or means that you should remove the "www." in the URL?
