if you tough to index it just give "mdsn" after social in the url like example from (social.microsoft.com/Profile/yourProfile) to (social.msdn.microsoft.com/Profile/yourProfile) then put tier 2 on it

This is a brilliant here's is how to get links.

One point - http://uxmag.com/user/login?current=user/login does not seem to work no more. Everything is there, but when you enter the details, the site replies that the email is wrong. I think they do not want people to join them no more
