Excellent info, I'm looking into getting into youtube myself so this is very useful :) cheers!

Look at competitive niches for example -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWn-3asGWKo #1 video on Google SERPs - 211 backlinks with a good PA.

Compared to Page 8 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6z32mqbQqY - 0 Backlinks, same length of title & description.

You said you have 200 channels.. that means you have 200 YT accounts right?

So how about your adsense payment? Do you have 200 Adsense account??

Is adsense+Youtube working anymore? I got dissapointed a few months ago after I received a strike on one of my channel(I wa running over 50 channnels) and all my videos(OVER 10,000) got unmonitezed....and from 20euros\day i dropped to nothing....I am curious how you manage so many accounts/channels without getting even a single strike :D
