Simplified:
1) Setup TOR/Vidalia
2) Setup ProxyFireWall
3) Setup ProxyFireWall to run TOR on localhost 127.0.0.1:9050
4) Setup each application/program to use proxies/block/allow when it is ran for the first time after installing
