Hi, I don't know if I'm getting this right or not: So with the tier 2 I just build links to my web2.0 which are contextual. Then I build spam links (tier 3) directly to my web2.0​ (tier 1)?

I've focused on a lot of local SEO clients lately (normally I work with national clients), and I can say this exact method is still a great strategy. I've gotten maybe 3 new clients the past month and they are all ranking #2 or #1 with this technique. And my client's sites were virtually brand new, and we've outranked sites that have been around for years. For information purposes, the niches I've worked with the past month have been doctors, home renovation and real estate. Obviously you need to make sure your onsite is on par and that you must have at least a couple high powered links like a PBN or guest post.
So, to sum up, this method will still rank a site.

I use Lindexed. Amazing service and most BLs are indexed within 24-48 hours. However, generally speaking, since I work on long term sites (client SEO), I like my backlinks to be indexed naturally. Although, within 2-3 weeks or so, I run the indexer just so I can make sure all the links were indexed.

2: You say currently you do this method with a few twists. Care to share what they are?
3: how FAST can you post from different web2.0s to your money site. (1 link a day. 2-3 a week?? etc)
4: Do you need to set up web2.0s on different IPs? Once once they are set up when you log into the web2.0s to post should you log in from different IPs?
