TUTORIAL:how to be 99,99% anonymous

i created this tutorial so people who want to avoid mass surveillance can do it,so:

-use search engine like ixquick or duckduckgo
-use linux instead of windows which is full by backdoors that microsoft can control
-hide your ip using:anonymous/elite proxy-tor browser(proxy chain)-vpn(paid suscription)
-hide your mac adresse
-try to go away from social networks(they logs ip so just hide your ip when using them)
-use tox instead of skype which record chats
-use open source webmail service like roundcube
-use cryptocurrency like bitcoin to pay for stuff
-four cloud usage use MEGA which respect your privacy and give you 50GB for free!!

Could you expand on this?

My guess is you are saying use:

1) an anonymous or an elite proxy
2) a tor browser routed through a second proxy (thus, creating a proxy chain?)
3) a vpn (a paid one, not a free one - are there any free?)

Correct?

You are not anonymous with your technique, just harder to get.

Here my Technique which i used back in the day.

1.) Buy a UMTS Surfstick in a Store with no cameras (in my country every grocery store sells them)
2.) Buy a Simcard and a credit voucher in the same Store, if you need to activate the simcard do that from a internet cafe (should have no cameras too)
3.) Install Tails Linux Distribution as a Live USB Version
4.) Buy Bitcoins from Localbitcoins anonymous from someone in your city (while using your surfstick and tails to receive it)
5.) Buy a 1 year subscription at perfect-privacy (90% of creditcard fraudsters and hackers use that service, their servers were raided by special units and they couldnt find anything = no logs)
6.) Setup a VPN-Cascade with at least 2 Servers from Countries which are political enemies and not within the reach of the US

Now you are anonymous, you can do whatever you want, its nearly impossible to track you down (dont use it always from the same position, google "IMSI Catcher")

Additional Layer of Security = Purchase a Proxy (not vpn) subscription from VIP72, those are residential proxies from people who are infected with their bot, set it up at the end of your connection chain.

Speed will be quite low but you are fully anonymous, not pseudo anonymous like with the infiltrated tor network or any crappy vpn providers.

If you are Osama himself you can always add your own twist to this technique but the method as it is is already pretty overkill

Even if the store has cameras there isn't anything to worry if your only doing something that could result in a civil suit since it takes so long for those things to even occur that the video would have been recorded over/deleted at the store.

Googled UMTS Surfstick and it seems specific to Europe.

The US equivalent is Prepaid USB Modem - or get a USB Modem (with an exchangeable Sim Card) and buy a Prepaid Data Pass (or Mobile Internet Refill Card).

Bitcoins can be tracked that's why I didn't use it on something suspicion. unless you earn it from source that's know nothing about you sure without CC.
anyway I do some staff to minimize G tracking me everywhere

I'm also quite anonymity conscious. Believe or not OP, search engine such as ixquick or duckduckgo aren't that secure. You can find plenty of material online. Startpage from what I heard is decent. Best to use them through proxies/VPN. But why care about anonymity when we are blackhatters? We make money off Google.
