Buy a new Instagram (IG) account
The account must be "clean", never linked.
Purpose: This IG will be the "leader" to send complaints.
Log in to IG on your phone
Log in to this IG account on the Instagram app on your phone.
Prepare the complaint link
Get the link in the form:
https://www.instagram.com/_n/accountquality/?actor_id=<ID_BM>&source=actor_business_ale_in...nt_notif
Replace <ID_BM> with the ID of the BM you want to complain about.
Paste the link into the browser in the Instagram app.
On your phone, copy the link → open with IG (avoid opening with Chrome).
When opened, IG will display the Account Quality interface for that BM.
Proceed to complain
Click the Complain button.
IG will ask you to take a selfie for verification (face check selfie video).
Follow the instructions until complete.
