Turn off email notifications

Hey guys, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. For the life of me, and i've looked all around before posting this, I simply cannot find where to turn off email notifications when I receive a private message. It's getting really annoying, please help me.

(I have them turned off for alerts already and that is the only thing I can seem to find an option for)

I am not sure where to go to do that but I get at least 40 - 50 private messages a day and email notifications for them and just delete them.

Takes me a solid 38 seconds to delete them.

Hahahahahaha I'd rather just not get them. I'd imagine there is an option for it SOMEWHERE! Am I blind?
