Does anyone out there still work with tumblrs to make web 2.0? Are they still as efficient as before?

They do still work but from my experience they don't seem as powerful as they should be. For example a homepage link on a DA 40 Tumblr won't do what a homepage link on a normal DA40 website will do. That's my experience anyways.

Yes, it still does for a low comp kws but don't expect something miracle.

I still use them when building web 2.0s in general, don't expect to rank just off free links though for high competitive keywords

For lower comp KWs but even then they aren't the best on their own.

I still like them. They are very good as a foundation and you can always juice them for relatively low cost or find expired ones.

Yes,they work for low competitive keyword, but not as effective as other links.
