Follow 200 people a day. As that's the limit. If you can't afford a bot do it manually. 200 doesn't take that long.

Follow others, send likes, post to popular hash tags, etc

Reblogging with a good set of hashtags works really well. 9 out of 10 times the best content is only tagged with 1 or 2 tags. Find heavily reblogged posts and load in your tags. Works everytime.

Tagging is key with solid content. Hit that 200 per day following limit. Stay active.
