Tumblr DA Question

Hi guys, first off hello, this is my first post and secondly my question...... when scraping Tumblrs the today after many months away from this type of SEO i noticed that the DA of the urls differed. Am I right in saying that it is the DA of the root domain that influences all other pages? Or am I on the wrong tack here?
To illustrate my point here is an image from a post that drip apps did a while ago, notice the DA? While the PA differs the DA stays the same. I have been seeing a far different picture recently, the DA was all over the place, I have done a lot of research with no answer. Hoping that someone could point me in the right direction here.

Da It's The authority of the From the domain. That is, the strength that has the whole domain. Since all the pages are 3n that same do mio so comes out 98. The PA is the strength of each page, in this case of each blog, it greatly influences the links, the visits, the content... That's why they don't have the same PA but if they all have the same DA

DA - domain authority
PA - page authority

It’s pretty much self explainatory.

DA is strenght/authority of root domain xy.com
PA is strenght/authority of each individual page

xy.com/1
xy.com/2

DA will be same for each page, since all of them are on root domain xy.com

PA will be different for each page, depending on various SEO factors.

I understand how DA works guys. Once again, a lot of tumblrs I am scraping are getting DA of varying numbers, they are not all DA 98 like it used to be, and I want to know why that is? Take a look at the image below.
