1. Should I have a Virtual Office?
2. Where to find freelancer who will have to work as email responder?

If you plan to make it BIG then I would suggest you should have some workspace from where you can control everything. If you are starting out then from home will also suit.

I didnt understood this part. WHat you mean actually?

Yes. With a Coder you can modify a lot of things in your theme

Hiring a freelancer is always a risk. In my opinion, you need to be able to control the situation fully. As soon as you find out he/she is cheating, you simply change the passwords and search for a new one. About the salary, it depends on the country freelancer is living. From my experience in east europe, for example, rate hour is much lower then in west europe. Depends also on languages they need to know.

Start small, you can automate it all.

Look for someone who has good reviews/iTrader here or elsewhere. If you think about it, hiring an employee carries the same risk. You are always dealing with an unknown, but you can look for indicators of quality in either case.
