Trying to find video host that pays per view

Hey all, newb here.

I've created a website for movie clips and currently, I'm hosting videos on gounlimited,videobin,mixdrop and similar sites. Problem is, that they all have a massive amounts of popup ads that scare away my visitors - making it less shareable.

Are there hosters that have a different kinds of ads?
Like layover banner in bottom, bumber, prerolls or trueview that youtube offers.
