Trying to download co-bundle. Not Working

Hi, I am trying to find the best PPI network to use. I signed up for Amonetize but that isn't what I am looking for as I am uploading my exe's to cnet and softronic. My login for installmonetizer.com doesn't work for some reason. I signed up for makestacks but something is telling me not to use this site as the admin's email is a yahoo email(doesn't look professional).

I tried Revenyou. I upload my file to them, go through the steps and then when I go to download the packaged bundle exe I get an exe file that is 712kb, my exe is 12 megabytes. Also the 712kb exe file from revenyou gets flagged by my antivirus whenever I try to download it. Shouldn't the download be 12+ megabytes instead of 712kb anyway?

Now I am trying 7install because I realized I already have an account with them. Everything seems ok with the site. They seem to have legit offers. I uploaded my exe file to the co-bundle option. It compiles good and my campaign is approved. But whenever I try to download the co-bundle it takes me to this page with just a black background and no download becomes initialized. The address bar at the top of the browser has my campaign ID, my channel ID and my affiliate ID but still no download.

I been waiting 2 days now for a response from betterinstaller but still nothing. I didn't think it would be this hard to break into the PPI scene. I like 7install but read a few bad reviews for them on this site. And I can't even test the waters because I can't download the co-bundle from 7install, it takes me to a blank page with a black background.

Any advice?

how many downloads can you get a day?

I also tried to bundly my executable to theirs, but all i got was a 708 kb file.. I executed it locally and nothing happened at all. I guess their file binder wont work.
If anyone has a decent installer pls tell us!

There are 2 ways to add offers to your EXE (In case you don't know).
1) Wrapper
2) Co-bundle
The wrapper method is said to be generating more revenue just like interstitial ads in any mobile apps but doesn't sound legit when you do with revenyou. If you want to go with co-bundle which actually includes offer in your exe you need to choose a ppi with co-bundle offers.
Yes, the betterinstaller is best till now (according to me), I am using it from last few days, but conversions are not so good for global audiences. Check something else if you can. Do tell me as well if you find a good co-bundle because its a user friendly method as I think one should "Expand before Earning".
