Trying an A/B Testing for my webisite, Feedback pls?

Hi, I'm presently trying out 2 versions of my site for a/b split testing was hoping I could get some feedback as to which is the better version/the one more likely to convert....

The websites are: Buscarent.us and HomesConfirmed.com any input would be awesome

Both does not look good, but if you have to pick between the two, I would take buscarent.

Better would be to get a good designer and make a website that has some decent quality.

It all depends on what your goal is. Are you trying to make adsense $$ or trying to get them to take some other action?
