drop like hell after ordered a service, maybe because of those garbage links problem. but does it matter? trust flow in majesticseo, how u perceive it?

But the good news is domain rank in ahrefs is up.

I think domain rank in ahref is fucked up really even though ahref is still the best link check tool.

But when I want to check quality of the links, I depend on majestic.

Thanks.

nah, don't bother to care about those MS and Ahrefs ranks. It doesn't mirror how google see your page

So you ordered garbage links? Then why are you asking this? Yes, it's normal to Drop (especially TF).

You probably lost few links that's why the drop in TF and why would you care so much about third party metric which Google doesn't care about?

What is TF? I've no control over the links I ordered, nice sell page but many deleted links..

so the ranking speak everything?

Did you consider domain rank in ahrefs.. ?

You're feeling thoughtful.. Some your aged backlinks will lose it.. And then, drop your ranking and get penalize as soon as..

As stated earlier it's just a third party metric. It's bears no reflection on google's ranking methodology. Personally I wouldn't freak out about it too much.

For now, CF/TF (ratio) is the by far best metric to find the quality of links. Trust me, You should find better links with that metrics.

Yes google doesn't(may not) include TF in ranking algorithm. But what google considers to rank a site and What majestic to find TF correlates quite closer. I have seen ranking improvements many times. If you gain good TF links with low CF you can see your rankings improve.

But then don't worry too much about losing TF of your own page. Concentrate on getting better TF links with low CF. You can get good rankings. End of the day it is ranking that matters.

Your TF cannot drop from buying links, it's simply not how it works. Your rankings can certainly drop however if you buy garbage links.

Since TF/DA/DR can all be faked, you cannot discern link quality by metrics alone. Going through a trustworthy service that has a lot of reviews and comments in the marketplace section is still the best option.

I use trust flow and citation along with several other metrics occasionally, but I don't rely on those link metrics (TF and CF) as I've found them to be inaccurate most of the time. I've seen websites with 38 trust flow and 38 citation flow not rank well and then I have one of my websites with an ever-changing trust flow between 1-16 and a citation flow of 18 (mind you, I'm not even building links, although someone is spamming my website's link on an irrelevant website) is ranking competitively for good keywords.

What really matters how well you're ranking in Google, not how high your "trust flow" or "citation flow" are.

I've noticed majestic has been tweaking some things recently with their metrics -> concluded from domains that have had no changes in links (aged domains, links placed years ago, no chages at all), and TF dropping/increasing on them. Probably tweaking their metric or something.

Did both CF and TF drop or just TF?
