This decision was made because China blocked US airlines, so they can't flight there. I don't believe this decision will last for long. China already eased up the decision after this news to allow at least one flight a week, which is nothing but better than what they decided at first.
If this doesn't get resolved till the 16th of June they expect the shipping prices to go up and major delays. The delays are already affecting due to covid, this will just, unfortunately, push everything even more.
On another note, dropshipping is currently booming in EU
The majority of epacket, China post, .. small packets go through passenger flights, and not freight. They buy cargo space that is not used.

And China has taken away from millions in the middle class over the years until someone finally decided to stand up to China. A few thousand dropshippers don't take precedence unfortunately so it's time to adapt.
