Trouble with Rankerx license

I purchased 2 license of rankerx with the same account. When i'm trying to use Rankerx on 2 computer at the same time, i got this error "There is currently a running instance of the software elsewhere please deactivare it before continue"

So, my question is: To use Rankerx on 2 computers, i need to have an account per license?

tell them to transfer your licence on another account and should be work ok :)

The message "There is currently running instance of the software elsewhere, Please deactivate it before continuing" appears to me as well. However, I've never used it on a different machine.

Their support is not good nowadays. They do answer, but they are slow.
How did you solve this?

You have to contact them and wait for them to reset it. You force closed it or lost power and glitched it.
 
Same problem here, support doesn't respond, tried to change my password, can't login, in their license agreement in summary they say, that you can use the license on several devices, how this should work is not defined
 
im having the same issue this happens a lot!
