Trouble with dmca

As you can see i have problem with dmca issues
Im thinking to run a porntube but im just hesitating from dmca. Is it possible to get punishment because of dmca?

I have many questions about creating a porntube. If someone can help me with these issues, I would be very happy. Please contact me via dm or here.
The some of questions are
1.still embed is work or we have to upload ourselves?
2.if embed is work how we can block their ads for example if i use pornhub embed.

DMCA can't get you in trouble, unless you're from the USA. But DMCA is a pain in the ass, they will keep removing your content from SERPS and you'll lose traffic due to that.

Embeds doesn't work anymore, they barely get indexed and will never rank.

if you can see this we are actually on the same thing but for me am already a developer and i just started few days ago and i have gone so far on it my problem is just the content writing its faustrating developing and uploading my videos and i use embeded just storing the video key on my database

DMCA is something you definitely shouldn’t ignore if you’re planning a long-term project. It’s not just “emails you can skip” — repeated complaints can lead to content removal, account suspension, and in some cases legal escalation depending on jurisdiction.

For adult tube sites, the biggest issue is content ownership and rights, not just hosting. Even big platforms deal with constant takedown requests.

Regarding your questions:

1. Embed vs Upload
Embedding is generally safer compared to uploading, because you’re not directly hosting the content. But it doesn’t make you immune — if you’re systematically embedding copyrighted content without permission, complaints can still come your way.

2. Blocking ads on embeds

embed is safer IF the original provider is offering that too. else its like hotlinking and it will attract DMCA.
why not just host with DMCA friendly providers buyvm.net, the-online.com, alexhost, vsys, etc? Get shared/cPanel hosting if you are just embedding videos on your site. Or get a 4CPU / 4GB RAM VPS and upload those files. Also add Cloudflare free as reverse proxy. That's it. It works for me. Never got DMCA.

Look at what happened to torrent sites like pirate bay and you will understand that DMCA is a very serious issue and you can get fined as well as spend jail time in some cases.

DMCA for a porntube site? That's kinda a huge deal 'cause copyright holders are super serious, and yes, there can totally be legal consequences if you're not careful. For the nitty-gritty on embeds and blocking ads, you definitely wanna hit up someone super experienced for the real tea 'cause that's where all the tricky stuff is
