Pretty simple task : Someone asked me if I knew anyone that could launch an online smear campaign against a certain individual who needs to be called out for being a rapist piece of shit. I am out of the loop on automation SE spam, but this person has a fairly uncommon name and for someone with the time or resources, I think it would be a pretty simple task. She wants to know what it would cost, so if this is your kind of thing, PM me and I will pass on the info.

I know the person she's talking about, and he is sleaze-bag, so I don't have any problems asking for her. PM me with price quote.

You can accomplish your aim by creating some parasite pages talking about the guy and his atrocious activities. Then build links to them so they can rank for his name on page 1 (should be really easy).

oh yea this is actually a very easy task to accomplish. one of the easiest SEO tasks there is actually. some of the sites you can post to rank extremely well on their own. you wont even need to build links in some cases ;)

beware, some women lie about this. my brother was a victim.

his girlfriend cheated on him with his friend and he dumped her cold turkey. he was so hurt he didn't answer her phone calls or anything. she tried to get back together with him, and when he said "hell no" she then went around to all of his friends and claimed that he raped her and pitched crazy fits with yelling, crying, etc.

the most screwed up thing is that he didn't do anything. he even did her homework for her all throughout college.

i also know a girl who was raped by an ex boyfriend. i knew she was telling the truth. just make double sure this girl isn't like my bro's gf before you act.

you don't need automation or spam, just make a bunch of web 2.0's with his name (use proxies)

Even if the guy was a rapist, I'm sure his name is out there on the news sites, and also on a database.

I'd be weary getting involved as you don't know her true agenda. Are you certain she won't rat you out *if* she's dragged in for slander?

it would be libel (true or false actually in the USA) and a civil matter... not a big deal at all.

In some parts of the world, the rapist gets away with it and/or the woman is blamed. Rapists in those countries are not always arrested or in databases.

OP, did she go to the Police?

If she hasn't, then she needs to, as other women may be at risk.

If she has, then she needs to forget about this idea, as it could jeopardize any case against him.

The whole thing sounds very dodgy to me and anybody contemplating this should get all the facts first, as the consequences could be very serious.

Personally OP, if this is true, then you and your buddies should pay the bastard a visit and forget the online smear campaign.

I was going to say the same thing, but then I thought maybe that might be dangerous. I hate to generalize because it's so not like me, but the OP is from Mexico. What if the rapist is a drug lord or something? Everyone will end up killed. OP, I am so sorry if I insulted your country. I just didn't know how else to word it, but there are some parts of Mexico that are a bit rough.

The problem I see, is that a rapist is not going to be deterred by an online smear campaign.
Damaging his reputation won't protect anyone and would not be satisfactory justice for the victim.
She needs to go to the Police, if they don't take her seriously, then I can understand that she may want to try this but it probably won't accomplish much.

Indeed.

If the facts are as they purport to be, I actually support a smear campaign.

However, I think the really hard part is 'the facts'. That's why trials in court can take months, and months, and months... it's really quite hard to accurately judge someone.
And yes, it's true that some women lie about things like that, but I would feel terrible if I was a woman who actually was raped and I was accused of being a liar. On the other hand, I too would feel terrible, if I, as a man, was falsely accused of rape - particularly if it was then spread online.

Regardless of which way you look at it, it boils down to knowledge of the true facts and intent, being the most important prerequisite to any action. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to know the true facts of the matter, from x,xxx miles away, (if indeed even from in the same room) and therefore, I would probably have a hard time supporting any action at all, given the very real damage that occurs if one's judgment about this chap is in fact wrong.

Since when has BHW become judge, jury and executioner.

The police and the judicial system is the place for this, not an internet marketing forum

While i sympathise with the girl and understand the ops willingness to help out.
There is a proper way to do this.

One thing I do'nt understand though, the op has been a member here for 7 years,
Surely you have learnt enough about seo, to do this simple task your self.

dude this is stupid. How do you know OP isn't making this up or the girl is making it up and he ends up wrecking a innocent person's reputation...

be very careful. We have clients all the time asking for us to help and luckily we can 100% guarantee to remove defaming material from thedirty.com & ripoffreport but these smear campaigns can emotionally damage somebody.

As others have mentioned on here, it may not be wise to get involved in this case. While I could think of many ways to tarnish someone's reputation online, I would never do it (even for free) unless the woman showed me proof that she was examined by a medical personnel with a sexual assault forensic evidence kit who confirmed that her story was true. Many women, especially radical feminist Western women, play the victim and create fictitious anecdotes (I once heard a funny one where a woman took a man I knew to court for abuse claiming he karate-kicked her forehead while she was standing up. This case obviously didn't go through) or stories when they do not get their way. Ruining someone's life, even if they are a "sleeze-bag", when there is a chance they may not have done anything is not worth the effort, so be sure there is substantial evidence before proceeding.

I knew someone in middle school who was a victim of false accusations. It happened during lunch time when the boy smiled and waved at a girl he had a crush on. The girl took offence to this and backed away from him and whispered something to her friends. The next day, he was arrested because the girl spread rumours that he had raped her in the bathroom at lunch (this didn't happen, he was sitting at my table the entire time). The poor kid wanted to become a police officer, too.

I would be very careful about this. Case in point: We have a Pamela Geldhart in Florida that beatup her boyfriend and then called the police after marking herself. At the boyfriends trial for assault it was found that Pamela Geldhart was not credible and the charges were dismissed.

In the interim of the complaint and resolution of the charges Pamela Geldhart hooked up with some people in the mugshot racket as well organized crime crime figures and began a smear campaign against her previous boyfriend. When the boyfriend began using blackhat methods that I advised him to use to retaliate in kind, Pamela Geldhart took her ex-boyfriend to court and obtained a court order to take the material down.

Funny thing about Pamela Kirsten Geldhart, the material about her on ROR, PissedConsumer, TheCrimeReport, ComplaintsBoard, Archive.org, and SearchEngineLand, among others will remain for a long time.

These smear campaigns can easily backfire, as the case of Pamela Geldhart illustrates.

Thanks for reply. Yes I know how to do it, but I know there are some automation wizards on there that could accomplish this task in no time. I wish I had the time and know-how to do it, but this needs to be done right, so I think it's worth paying for.
