Translating website content

Does anyone know if i can translate my website content into different languages by using a translation software such as google translate?

Would it be good enough to rank website in foreign serps?

Depends on the language and the translator used but I'd say mostly no. You may rank for something but every visitor will see thats it's bad content and leave.

Here's an example for what a translator can do with a German text:

In the long run, I don't think it will be that good because all the translations, like op mentioned will be pretty out of context.

you can install multilanguage tranlator extensions yo your site my friend

By using a translator for your website, you can create auto-generated content and that will be considered in against of webmaster guidelines.

How you are able to post even if your profile is banned? Or it is just a feature of the forum?
 
I think so it can be also improve your rank as well as it can down your ranking!
i suggest not to do it but if you still want to do this then do a little bit research on it !
