Is it possible to transfer data such as remarketing audiences, campaigns etc. from one google account to another?

remarketing audiences - no as they are linked to the remarketing tag, unless they are imported from analytics, then you can just link the analytics account and import again. campaigns, ad groups and keywords you can copy using google ads editor.
