Traffic Vance (PPV Advertising)

Is anyone aware of discounts available, or ways to get a discount, when signing up for TrafficVance (PPV Advertising company)???

There are none. The minimum is $1000.00 and you must be referred by someone from Traffic Vance. I'm looking to join as well. Kind of sucks

They let me create an account then never got back to me

I created an account with them the of middle of July. Once I filled out the app online I ended up waiting almost a week to hear back from them. Finally got started beginning of August but here's what I went through.

First Email

Hope you're well! I see that you have signed up to become an advertiser in
Trafficvance.


Before we go through the approval process I need to ask you some questions.

1. Are you aware of the $1000.00 minimum deposit?

a. If you were not aware, would you still like to continue with your
application?

2. How do you acquire the offers you will be running on
Trafficvance?

a. Do you own the website(s) you will be advertising? --- FYI>(You have to prove you own the site by creating a sub page and putting something like "Hi Trafficvance" for verification)

b. Do you acquire the offers through an affiliate network (i.e.
Commission Junction, Hydra, Neverblue, etc.)?


If you were referred into the network, please provide the name of the
referrer:

If you were not referred, please state how you heard about Trafficvance:

a. If you saw an online advertisement or through search, please provide
the location of the ad:


Then....
Thank you for your diligence; we have received your account verification documents and you're just a few steps away from setting your ads live:

Create a new campaign/s and load in new creatives;
Fund your account;
Sign & fax the payment authorization form if paying by credit card.


Then a couple days later....

E-mail a copy of each of the following to me: (if using credit card)
a. Signed Credit card authorization form
b. Photo id (or W-9 if using a company card) - both sides
c. Credit card used - both sides

Once your balance is low and you need to add funds, you have to go through the cc authorization all over again and it's a pain in the a**! They say if you spend $300 or more a day you can be put on auto billing.

All that being said once your set up, its fairly easy to get your campaigns started and with the right targeting and optimization you can run a pretty successful campaign. Its proving to be very cheap traffic for my travel site ($.06 cpc) and great for building my remarketing lists.

Doood. If they put me through all that...., then it better be worth it!

Can you share a screenshot of engagement metrics from that traffic by any chance? Do you have the links tagged or tracking anything?!

For this particular campaign we are measuring entrances into a booking engine for a travel site.

Impression: 60,404
CPM: $33.5197
Count: 33,984
eCPA: $0.0596 (avg cpc at the end of the day)
CR:56.261%

Since I'm new I cant post an image with out "being on here a little bit longer" I tried to screen capture my trafficvance MTD report...above are the actual stats.

Impressions in this case are the times our creative was shown. Count is the number of people who clicked our creative to our landing page. In our case 56% CTR basically is not bad plus our CPE (cost per entrance into the booking engine) is about $4.60.

We coded the destination URL with google analytics to monitor site activity, ecom data and track events as entrances into booking engine. So far so good with them

56% s an awesome CTR for PPV. Keep it going man.
