hello i see many videos on you tube which have no subscribes but they have millions of views and they bring these traffic from google plus can some one here tell me how to bring traffic from google plus

Only way I know is like granma taught me : build tons of real followers, post the video to Google Plus and pray.
 
Maybe that video has been shared in some importante communities of google+

It's like Facebook . Create a page and get subscription followers
 
When You share any post on Google + , Use share with email. Email limit 99 at a time. Use different grout to send email. Attach member also get a email with share post and also Link. You can get more more visitor through Google + post share with email.
