Yes, bro. Everyone is busy traveling and with family at this time. Wait till after Jan 1st till traffic returns to normal. Take this time to promote super hard so when everyone is back at their PC you'll have great traffic coming in.
It all depends on the niche. For me, from 15th December to 15th January is the worst part of the year in terms of IM income. But I count with it, and you should as well, because it's just normal seasonality of any business...
Like others have said, it depends on the niche you are in. Many B2B niches experience a surge in activity in December as companies scramble to spend their remaining budgets before the end of the fiscal year.
