Trading Algorithms

I like the way you think. Let’s see what we can come up with
Tried to make a casino bot in telegram yesterday? In general, its creation is not a big problem, it is more important to attract traffic to it, as far as I understand.

I think with results we could direct traffic to it.

What is seen by the presence of a result? Build a casino bot requires no investment. But even without traffic the profit is unlikely. There I think.

That strategy uses a grid and a martingale. It is a loss-making approach that does not work over a long period of time. At first it will give something to earn perhaps, then all the money will be lost, most likely.
anything with martingale stay away

been doing this for 10 years now.
That's a long time. Usually use AI for coding on mt4 and 5. But here is a question with a casino bot for Telegram) Seems to be a rather promising direction.

yes it is - coding the whole thing with AI lol what AI you using bro. i could care less about a telegram bot - can make way more money trading - telegram aint worth my time

I know there are many opinions about algorithmic trading, but the reality is a huge portion of the markets are being traded by algorithms. A study done by NVIDIA and DELL shows that in 2016 alone nearly 70% of the equities market was being traded by algos. Yes, the big dogs are the majority that use them, but are anyone out there using any algo companies or trading bots for themselves as well? I would love to hear everyone's take.
Hi. I don't think someone will answer your questions truthfully. That's because if they use algorithms and trade bots and they're successful with them, they won't share their method on making money because they will have competition. These are my thoughts about the subject.

I think I misunderstood the initial idea. I am on the same page now. I think this is a great idea. I think getting traffic might be easier than we think

I've been in the algo trading game for about 5 years. I even went as far as creating my own algo, licensing it to a stock exchange, and buying a dedicated server for HFT. But let me tell you, algos eventually burn out. They're great for a while, but markets change, and what worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. Now, I'm mostly a manual trader, and I've drastically reduced my trade frequency to about 3 per week. As for crypto, I don't even bother with bots. The market is so volatile that long-term strategies often outperform any algo.

Many individual traders use algorithmic trading bots to automate strategies, but they often face high competition from institutional algorithms; the key is finding a niche or developing a unique strategy.

Thank you for the feedback. Seems like you have a lot of experience. I understand that majority of algos do burn out. There are a handful of companies that sell their algos and/or sell a pass to be apart of their PAMM. They seem to consistently update their algos over time to keep up with the markets. They would have to to see consistent returns over time.

Just like many industries there are scams/ bad apples in the bunch. Algo trading has been around for a long time, but its been gatekept by institutions. There are companies now bringing their technology to the retail markets. Some strategies are great others are very risky, but I cant deny that they produce results.

I have traded cryptocurrency due to algorithms and I will say that it works, but not when something happens in the market.

More often it works when big sellers get into small coins and buy up a few months before the growth.

Thank you for your thoughts. I can see where you are coming from. There are trillions of dollars traded in the markets every day im not sure if that would even put a dent in the market.

Interesting. Doesn't "something" happen in the market everyday? Do you mean when unexpected fundamental moves happen the crypto algorithms don't work? That would make sense.

Seems you are speaking about algorithms that look for smaller cap coins with major growth potential.

In my country, private gambling is illegal. How about you? You have to set the bot to the number whose country will not object to casinos. I think so.

They always work. With a small correction: 50/50.

PAMMs were all the rage back in 2008, and they hit their peak in 2018. But guess what? They're now losing investments at the same rate they were gaining them back then. Why? Because people realized they could make bank just by holding onto their crypto. PAMM accounts are basically a relic of the past. Nowadays, people prefer social trading, which is basically copying other traders. It's like following a guru without understanding why. And while copying trades might work for Forex, it's a risky game in the volatile crypto market. If you're thinking about buying a bot, think again. Create your own system or find a trader you trust and understand their strategy. At least then, you know what's going on under the hood.

Back then there were such accounts, now it's cryptocurrency. But not everyone knows about it. This is why pamm accounts are still relevant. I'll say more: Ponzi pyramids are still working!
