Tracking information for PayPal transaction – IPTV service

I’ve been selling IPTV subscriptions and using PayPal for payments, but the funds keep getting held for days. I read that adding a tracking number can help speed up the release, even for digital services.

The problem is: I’m not shipping any physical product, so I’m not sure how to get a tracking code that PayPal would accept.

If a customer asks for a refund, I issue it right away. I always tell them before purchasing if they're not happy with the service, they can just contact me instead of filling a dispute on paypal.
