This is the case here, as toyo agreed to refund 50% to Op, but Op did nt turn up or respond to my pm. considering this, can't initiate any action against toyo.

Let us keep this aside and coming to other issues against toyo.


1. Trying to safeguard him using BHW Shitlist Rules.

2. Dont care' attitude towards this whole thread.

3. Abusing Rep system. if your name was posted in shitlist, you have to prove yourself innocent, till then you are answerable.

4. Misbehaving with staff. I never seen any member, who was accused, commanding mods and giving instructions.

Considering the above, Issued 6 months ban for Toyo.

Further, Toyo is restricted to sell any of his product, service , ebook through his signature.

This is probably more than enough time for him to reflect on his behaviour and attitude towards BHW members.
 
I'm not gonna try to tell you what I do bb. I agree with everything you said, except the innocent until proven guilty part. Toyo blatantly admitted to what he did, and even offered to return 50% as per your request, however, I think his restriction is not in line with ethics. Since he admitted to doing what he did, then he admitted guilt. At the very least, there should not be a time limit on the refund and keep him banned until payment is made. People like him make me, and I'm sure other users weary or trusting members here, even long time members with good standings.

But that is your call.

You gotta be EXTRA careful to wire that amount of money to somebody you do not know in person.
I did once.... that was my stupidity, instead of the scammer's killing sales page.

I'd rather meet someone any day of the week with "poor English" that can actually be trusted. I think anyone will agree with that.
 
who cares about english? i deal with europeans whose english is far worse. would it make it right for me to go racist against them? everyone who does their work right is valuable. In my opinion there are only 2 races, one race makes good money and delivers good services, and is bloody trust worthy, and another race that doesnt do their job right and scams. These 2 races have nothign to do with skin color or dick size, but has got to do with the brain and mindset. And I am really racist against the second type.

BB.. This guy deserved a perm ban from the first post. Some people consider being kind as being passive. Good riddance of this cheap ass from BHW. His business model, his unethical behavior, hiding behind rules and most importantly, his attitude towards mods, and people on the site deserved a butt kick, and you gave him one BIGG one.
